§1 General Provisions

1.1. These regulations define the rules for using the Online Store operating at sylwiagalecka.trustoday.com.pl,

1.2. The online store, operating at sylwiagalecka.trustoday.com.pl (hereinafter: Online Store, Store), is run by Sylwia Gałecka Business Coach LTD with its registered office in London, 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, W1W 5PF London, United Kingdom, entered into the Companies House register under number 16541721, hereinafter referred to as "Sylwia Gałecka Business Coach LTD".

1.3. Contact details of the entrepreneur, enabling the Buyer to contact the Seller:

1.4. The Online Store Regulations are continuously available on the website sylwiagalecka.trustoday.com.pl in a manner that allows Customers to obtain, reproduce and store its content. The Regulations are also made available to Customers before concluding the contract.

§2 Definitions

The terms used in these regulations mean:

2.1. Consumer - a natural person within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code,

2.2. Entrepreneur with consumer rights - a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it does not have a professional character for that person, resulting in particular from the subject of their business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity,

2.3. Entrepreneur - means a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit that is not a legal person, to which the law grants legal capacity, conducting business or professional activity on its own behalf and performing a legal act directly related to its business or professional activity,

2.4. Service Provider/Seller - Sylwia Gałecka Business Coach LTD, 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, W1W 5PF London, United Kingdom, entered into the Companies House register under number 16541721.

2.5. Online Store - online store operated at sylwiagalecka.trustoday.com.pl by Sylwia Gałecka Business Coach LTD.

2.6. Civil Code - Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws 2020.1740),

2.7. Goods and Services - all services provided and goods that are the subject of a sales contract between the seller and the buyer,

2.8. Regulations - these regulations for the provision of electronic services within the meaning of Article 8 of the Act on the provision of electronic services of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws 2020.344),

2.9. Client/Buyer - a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit that is not a legal person, to which specific provisions grant legal capacity, who places or plans to place an Order within the Online Store using electronic means, including a Consumer, an Entrepreneur with consumer rights, and an Entrepreneur,

2.10. Order - a declaration of will by the Client, in which the Client accepts the Seller's sales offer, which includes, in particular, the price, type, quantity of Goods or Services within the framework of a sales agreement through the online store.

2.11. Consumer Rights Act - Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2020.287).

§ 3 Rules for using the online store

3.1. The prices of all goods and services offered by the Store are gross prices (include VAT) and are expressed in Polish zlotys. Deviations from the Polish currency rule are clearly marked.

3.2. The prices displayed on the Store's website, as well as the descriptions of goods and services, constitute commercial information only and not an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. They only acquire a binding character – for the purpose of concluding a specific contract – at the moment the Seller confirms acceptance of the order for execution.

3.3. The Seller uses discount codes in the online store sylwiagalecka.trustoday.com.pl entitling to purchase goods with the discount stated on the coupon. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for monetary value.

3.4. To place an order in the online store sylwiagalecka.trustoday.com.pl, acceptance of these Regulations is required.

3.5. To successfully place an order in the Online Store, it is necessary to have a device with Internet access that allows browsing websites, as well as a keyboard or other device that allows correct completion of electronic forms. It is recommended to use the latest versions of web browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Opera, Safari for OS X, etc.

3.6. The website of the sylwiagalecka.trustoday.com.pl Online Store uses Responsive Web Design (RWD) technology, which adapts the content of the page to the device on which it is displayed. The Store's website is prepared for display on both desktop computers and mobile devices.

3.7. The website of the sylwiagalecka.trustoday.com.pl Online Store has an SSL certificate - a secure communication encryption protocol.

§ 4 Terms of concluding a sales contract

4.1. Orders in the sylwiagalecka.trustoday.com.pl Online Store can be placed by filling out the appropriate forms available on the store's pages.

4.2. When placing an order, the Client is obliged to provide correct personal data: name and surname, residential address, e-mail address and mobile phone number.

4.3. Upon receipt of the order, the Seller confirms its receipt and at the same time informs about the acceptance of the Order for execution. Order confirmation takes place by the Seller sending the Client an appropriate email message to the address provided in the order form. The contract is considered concluded at the moment the Seller confirms acceptance of the order for execution.

4.4. The content of the sales contract is made available and recorded by making these Regulations available on the website of the sylwiagalecka.trustoday.com.pl Online Store, and by sending relevant information to the Client's email address provided when placing the order, as referred to in §4 point 4.2.

4.5. Orders in the sylwiagalecka.trustoday.com.pl Online Store can be placed 24 hours a day, all days of the year.

§ 5 Payment method and payment deadline

5.1. In the sylwiagalecka.trustoday.com.pl store, payment can be made in one of the following ways:

- bank transfer to the Seller's account,

- via payment services of external providers.

5.2. After placing an order, the Client receives an email with the bank account number to which the correct amount should be transferred. The order is processed as soon as the payment is credited to the bank account of the sylwiagalecka.trustoday.com.pl store.

5.3. The sylwiagalecka.trustoday.com.pl online store allows payment through the following external electronic payment services such as:

- PayU

- Revolut

5.4. The Client is obliged to make payment using one of the above-mentioned methods within 7 calendar days from the date of concluding the sales contract.

5.5. In the case of choosing cash on delivery, the Client is obliged to make payment upon receipt of the shipment.

§ 6 Delivery

6.1. Delivery of digital products takes place electronically, by sending the Buyer a link to download the product or by making it available in the Customer Panel to the Buyer's e-mail address.

6.2. Delivery takes place immediately, but no later than within 24 hours of payment confirmation by the PayU payment operator.

6.3. The Buyer is obliged to have a device with Internet access and software enabling opening files in [e.g. PDF/ZIP] format.

6.4. The Buyer agrees to the commencement of the service and delivery of digital content before the expiry of the period for withdrawal from the contract, which results in the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.

§ 7 Rules for publishing opinions

7.1. Every buyer/client can publish opinions about goods/services in the appropriate place on the Store's website. The opinion should be written in Polish, observing the rules of correct Polish.

7.2. Opinions are subjective statements of Customers. The Seller bears no responsibility for their content.

7.3. The buyer/client declares that his statement does not violate applicable law or the rights of third parties. He bears full responsibility for statements placed by him in the sylwiagalecka.trustoday.com.pl Online Store.

7.4. The submitted opinion is verified by the seller to check whether it contains prohibited content, i.e., in particular, when the opinion violates applicable regulations, contains prohibited or advertising content, personal data, infringes copyright, etc.

§ 8 Personal data

8.1. The Seller is the administrator of personal data.

8.2. The rules for personal data protection can be found in the Online Store's Privacy Policy, available at sylwiagalecka.trustoday.com.pl.

§ 9 Final provisions

9.1. The Seller reserves the right to introduce changes to these Regulations for important reasons. All changes to the Regulations come into force within the appropriate period indicated by the Seller, which shall not be shorter than 7 days.

9.2. The amended Regulations are binding on the Buyer/Client if the requirements specified in art. 384 and 384[1] of the Civil Code have been met, i.e., they have been properly notified of the changes and have not terminated the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of notification.

9.3. In accordance with art. 8 sec. 3 point 2 letter b of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means, the entity using the sylwiagalecka.trustoday.com.pl online store website is obliged not to post illegal content on this website.

9.4. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and the Act of May 30, 2014 – on consumer rights shall apply.

9.6. Agreements with the seller are concluded in Polish.

9.7. The Regulations come into force on March 23, 2026.
